With over 20 years of veterinary experience, Melina brings a unique blend of clinical insight, operational expertise, and technical skill to her role as Operations Manager. In addition to managing day-to-day operations, she is also a software engineer dedicated to developing tools that improve efficiency and communication within the veterinary community. She is passionate about creating systems that support both staff and client needs, and she values clear communication, reliability, and teamwork. Melina is committed to maintaining high standards while fostering a supportive, solutions-focused environment. Outside of work, she enjoys going on hikes with her dog and daughter, bike riding and cuddling with her cats while watching horror movies.
